The only natural connection of a wet and windy Monday was a single Swallow still over the brackish ponds at Port Glasgow. News from the web is of the first Brent Geese back at (or passing through) Maidens, Ayrshire amd Manx Shearwaters close in off Troon marina (ayrshirebirding).

Saw a number of Swallows and perhaps some martens whilst waiting for a tyre change just west of Arnprior on Sunday.
