Natural Connections

Modern life in Scotland is increasingly busy. The connections our ancestors had with nature and the land are being lost. A Swift was calling over south Cardonald this morning. Later, an adult Rook was on the playing fields accompanied by two very unusual juveniles. Both had badly-deformed bills and one had extensive grey areas over its wings and body.
