Natural Connections

Modern life in Scotland is increasingly busy. The connections our ancestors had with nature and the land are being lost. A change back to colder weather may have been responsible for the higher numbers of birds on the garden feeders (including ten Bullfinches) and the return of Siskins. Stock Dove remains one of the most notable and noticeable species locally with two singing birds and a courting pair found this evening.
