I was in the Borders town of Innerleithen for a non-birding event this lunchtime. However heading back to the car I heard a Kingfisher on the Leithen Water. Later, birds along the River Tweed and the Eddleston Water in Peebles included Grey Heron, Goosander and 53 Mallards.
