Modern life in Scotland is increasingly busy. The connections our ancestors had with nature and the land are being lost. With the weather about to break, Greenock was noticeably cooler today. However the local birds are getting on with their breeding cycles, Blackbirds and large gulls being particularly noticeable due to their noisy territorial disputes.
