Today's trips to Greenock and Hamilton were virtually naturalconnection-free, so had to settle for some virtual connections this evening on BBC Winterwatch. Lekking Black Grouse and a Jay visiting bird feeders were probably the highlights. Other news from the web is that the escaped Kookaburra which has frequented Carlingwark Loch for ten months is still at large (I wonder what it is feeding on).
