Started marking really early today (6am) so was in place at the dining room table as the local birds started to arrive in the back garden. First to arrive was a Blue Tit (half an hour after first-light), followed by Robin, two Blackbirds, Dunnock, Collared Dove, Magpie and Woodpigeon.
At the other end of the day, a visit to a former colleague in the hills above Lugton found House Sparrow, Chaffinch, Great Tit, Blue Tit and Coal Tit coming to feeders as the light faded.
